Domestic Customer Service Voice - Premium Customer Support Voice Process for a major ecommerce and telecom company.
Designation: Customer Service Executive / Sr. Customer Service Executive.
Prime Languages known: Candidate should have average in English for domestic and Hindi, fluency in english for international.
Education: Graduates and UG both can apply.
Experience: Fresher or experienced, both are eligible
Salary: Up to 3 LPA (**basis on last CTC drawn)
Shifts: 24*7 (Rotational Shifts) Day shift for only outbound process.
Working days: 6 days / Rotational week offs.
Job Location: Noida and Gurugram
Roles and Responsibilities: -
i. Complaint Management.
ii. Solving Customer queries.
iii. Using process knowledge in replying to customers.
iv. Maintaining quality standards.
v. Effectively meeting the SLA parameters as set
