Job Description

We are looking for Male Sr IT Recruiter role with 1-3Years experience who have proficiency in managing End to End Recruitment process. Including interaction with Hiring Managers / Clients for requirement gathering,sourcing, screening, shortlisting, scheduling interviews. willing to travel to client location for discussions. 

• Should be able to handle multiple requirements simultaneously
• Should have experience in client management and team management
• Handle full life cycle of contract / fulltime IT recruitment process, an end to end recruitment
• Strong team player and a lead team with positive mind-set to drive results from the team
• The ideal candidate would possess high energy, be highly motivated and self-directed.
• Good command in verbal and written communication skills.
• Should be highly adaptable to new technologies and business environment
