Senior Software Engineer/ Technical Lead - C++ @ Acceleration

Desired Candidate Profile

The Sr. Software Engineer / Technical Lead is expected to be a hands-on expert in product development using C++. The role includes estimation, design and development of gaming software, ensuring that good quality software is delivered, timelines are met and any issues found are promptly fixed without any side effects.

Experience & Qualifications : B. Tech. / BE / MCA /M. Tech. in Computer Science with 5-8 years of relevant experience.

Key Competencies :

- Good C & C++ programming skills.(Major experience should be in C++)

- Good Linux development & debugging experience

- Good debugging skills.

- Strong Analytical Skills.

- Experience with and using 3rd party software development tools.

Software Designing Experience :

- Proven record of completing projects on-time and to specification.

- Experience with an agile development methodology, preferably Scrum.

- Mastery of object oriented design methodologies, design patterns.

- Must have strong analytical and creative problem solving skills.

Communication Skills :

- Able to communicate ideas to the business effectively both in written and verbal forms.

Education:

UG:   B.Tech/B.E. - Any Specialization, Computers

PG:  MCA - Computers, M.Tech - Computers

Doctorate:  Doctorate Not Required
