Overall In-Charge of legal drafting, execution of drafts and appearances in court

Span of Control

1 to 3 team members

Key responsibilities

Legal drafting- appeals before tribunals and high court

Litigation - Appearing before quasi judicial authorities / courts

Regulatory and legal work and litigation, particularly before SEBI and IRDAI

Specific Authorities

SEBI, IRDAI and Bombay High Court

Experience

1-2 Years

LL.B graduate Should be registered with the Bar Council
