Job Summary: Plans organizes, directs, controls & coordinates
the manufacturing activities of an organization including
physical & human resources.
Duties & Responsibility:
1. To meet organizational production goals, industrial managers
often develop new ways to use resources-whether human,
material or capital most efficiently.
2. Includes developing budgets, approving expenditures for
supplies & materials, & receiving production orders for
accuracy.
3. Responsible for supervising & mentioning direct report staff.
Depending on the employer the managers job duties may
include hiring, training, evaluating & discharging workers as
well.
4. Other duties related to staffing a manger may be responsible
for include ensuring compliance with workplace safety
programs & organizing & cross training workers teams for
max. production flexibility.
5. Controls costs is one of the most important duties in an
industrial production managers career. These professionals
typically monitor every stage of production, analysing current
methods & developing new ways to save steps, time &
materials in order to reduce costs.
6. Initiating & implementing programs to control inventor,
improve efficiency & increase production enhance a mangers
value in the company.
7. Perform other duties & tasks as assign. Qualification-
Bachelors Degree in related field such as industrial
technology, industrial engineering or business administration &
pursue specialized training through executive education
programme. Shall have min. of 7 years of exp.
Location :Saudi Arabia
Salary : 8000-10,000 SAR
