Job Description

• Should have experience in lead generation, sales and marketing in Trucking, Transport and Logistics Solutions on long routes and / or Inter State.
• Proven Sales and lead generation Track Record in transportation
• Responsible for bringing business for FTL (Full Truck Load) for Transport solutions
• Work with Monthly Targets and Timelines set by Head Sales &&Marketing
• Lead generation && timely proposal submission to customers (primary, secondary && 3PL)
• Responsible for managing Pan India multi-model transportation (End to End) with KRA of budgeting, revenue && bottom line growth, vendor management, cost management.
• To ensure 100% utilization of inhouse vehicles
• Manage and Develop Vendors for timely && cost effective placement of market vehicles as per customer requirements.
• Ensure Vehicle maintenance && running cost Optimizations
• Manage Profit as per company parameters from 3PL Business by negotiating and obtain best prices from vendors
• Payment follow up with customer and ensure payment release within agreement limit
• POD collection and timely submission of the same to Accounts dept. for billing purpose.
• Vendor bill verification and submission to account department for payment
• 100% Agreement renewal for Existing customers / Vendors and ensure agreement with
• New Customers / Vendors before start of any business
• To ensure OTIF by 100% fulfillment of customers need
• To enhance customer relationship for business expansion
• Periodic maintenance of in house vehicles and handling resources
• To ensure driver discipline and behavior at all times and ensure retention of Drivers
• Good communication skills
• Negotiation skills
• Expert in Refrigeration transportation - company owned and third party
• Strong customer base
• Expert in managing budget and cost
• Expert in driving sales
