Evangelist within Squad (Project team) to drive Test and Release Automation and
Quality initiatives to improve the squad efficiency

Purpose of This Role

As a Lead SET
you will be applying your strong software development and test automation
skills to design , develop , test , deploy , maintain and improve Fidelity
customer - facing software solutions. You will also be supporting your team in
adopting test automation frameworks and best practices to ensure we are
building the right product and we are building it right.

Actively participate in the development
process through writing and maintain application features and automated tests

performance tests , scenario tests and interoperability tests

Support the team in designing reliable ,
portable , accurate and trustworthy tests , and in integrating them into CI / CD
pipelines

Collaborate with team members on improving
team's test coverage , release velocity and production health

Participate in application code and test code
reviews with rest of the Scrum team

Contribute to own entire features from
concept to deployment working on cross - functional teams

Contribute ideas to improve our products as
well as develop your skills , learn new technologies and languages , and continue
to learn

Jenkins for CI / CD pipeline build out

Salesforce a plus

REST API / Web services validation Automation

Improving Unit Test Automation coverage within

Experience / knowledge in Core Java
programming , LWC REST API framework experience a huge

Exploring new trends in Automation area and
deploying in day - to - day activities.

Able to learn large software systems
end - to - end quickly

The
Expertise we re looking for

7 years of IT experience

At
least 3 - 4 years of experience in Test automation design and development (any
tools)

At
least 1 - 2 years of experience with Selenium , Protractor

At
least 1 - 2 years of development experience using Java related framework

Experience / knowledge
in Core Java concepts

At
least 2 - 3 years of experience working in Agile Scrum

A Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer
Science , Software engineering or related field

Having Technical Certifications Java or AWS
would be an advantage

Education:

UG:   B.Tech/B.E.

PG:  M.Tech
