The
Purpose of This Role

PI
team is looking for a Full Time Salesforce Developer that will work within a team - based
agile model to enhance and streamline how Fidelity s highly talented Sales ,
Relationship , Service and Operations teams deliver top level service with our
clients and prospects leveraging Salesforce best practices. This role is in
Fidelity Personal Investments Customer Care Platform Tribe within the
Digitization of Service Domain.

PI reps with Salesforce features to deliver better customer experience

Delivering
a new technology overlay tool , Walk Me , which will allow associates to more
quickly learn about new features , gain adoption and train on new and
complicated tools.

Technical
/ Behavioral

Salesforce
hands on experience on Sales , Service and other Salesforce product areas

Experience
in Lightning , Einstein Analytics and / or Financial Services cloud strongly
preferred

Creating
and maintaining Sales and / or Service Cloud , and other BI reports and
dashboards; ensuring integration with central data stores outside of Salesforce
with high data quality and integrity

Solid
knowledge of creating and managing custom objects , fields , formulas , validation
rules , page layouts , reports , custom workflows and approval processes within
Salesforce

Familiarity
developing and maintaining visual force , AppExchange and integration to other third party
solutions

Hands - On
Experience with HTML / jQUERY to be used with Walk Me application

Demonstrated
ability in automating manual unit / functional testing and helping create a
continuous integration pipeline

Recommending ,
designing , advocating for , and actually administering best practice uses of
Salesforce Sales Cloud and / or Service Cloud as well as internally - built tools ,
ensuring native functionality is maintained and customization is vastly
minimized

Identifying ,
diagnosing , and resolving technical problems , escalating and pulling in other
expertise when appropriate

Hands - on
experience delivering large scale projects utilizing Agile delivery methodology
and participating in story writing , backlog grooming , and all Squad Scrum
ceremonies

Ability
to build relationships and collaborate across teams in order to move work
forward

Business
knowledge or propensity to upskill on business knowledge in order to understand
and better deliver against the needs of the advisor and their end clients

Abiding
by best practices and adhering strictly to processes set by other teams for
system maintenance , security , release management , improvements , data integrity ,
duplicates , backups , etc.

The
Expertise we re looking for

years of IT experience

Bachelor s
or Master s degree preferred

Mandatory
Salesforce certifications like Admin 201 , Developer 401 and / or platform
developer certifications.

Education:

UG:   B.Tech/B.E.

PG:  M.Tech
