Hi,
We are hiring for Cloud Support Engineer (L2) for Greater Noida
Role: Cloud Support Engineer (Linux)
Relevant Work Experience: 4 to 8 Yrs
Product Knowledge
- Microsoft Azure PaaS/IaaS
- AWS & GCP working knowledge
- Red Hat Linux Enterprise
- MySQL Database
- IIS & Apache Web Services
- ITIL v3 Foundation
Candidate Must Have
- Excellent knowledge & hand on experience on Red Hat Linux/Ubuntu
- Experience with Virtualization & Clustering technologies
- Experience in deploying and support Apache web services
Good understanding of Microsoft Azure IaaS Public Cloud Infrastructure.
Hands on experience on other cloud platforms as AWS & Google Cloud.
Hand on experience on Cloud Services, Vnet, Storage, Affinity Group, Availability Sets, Backup/Restore, etc.
Hand on experience on standard requests like new server builds, configuration changes, performance tuning and/or updates within the environment.
Strong proficiency inMySQLdatabase management.
Decent experience with recent versions ofMySQL.
Understanding ofMySQL'sunderlying storage engines, such as InnoDB and MyISAM.
Experience with replication configuration inMySQL.
Knowledge of de-facto standards and best practices inMySQL.
Proven troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in a medium/large complex environment
Excellent Customer Management Skills
Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills
Consulting skills required
- Passionate, persuasive, articulate Cloud professional capable of quickly establishing interest and credibility in how to design, deploy and operate cloud-based Architectures. Strong written, verbal and chalk board skills
- Experience in enterprise applications, solutions and Cloud infrastructures.
- Experience in platform and cloud migrations, including of Mass Migration Toolsets:
- Ability to work with team members from around the globe / experience working with off-shore models.
Degrees/Certifications Earned
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or Information Technology
- Relevant Industry certifications such on Microsoft Azure, AWS & Google Cloud.
- Red hat certified.
Other
- 5 or more years of IT experience.
- Exposure and working level knowledge of working with and interfacing to global delivery teams
- Good business judgment, a comfortable, open communication style, and a willingness and ability to work with customers and teams.
- Strong service attitude and a commitment to quality.
- Willing to work in 24x7 model as needed.
