AWS DevOps Engineering

• Cloud formation
• Designed, built, and deployed a multitude serverless architecture using AWS Cloudformation stack (Including VPC, EC2,Lambda,Dynamo DB, Api Gateway Cloudwatch SNS and IAM), focusing on high-availability, fault tolerant Infrastrcuture
• Execute migrations using workload migration tools
• Create, maintain, and use Standard Operating Procedures (SOP s) for migration execution
• Create, maintain, and execute migration runbooks/tasks
• Work with Engagement/Project Managers to provide timely status updates on project/engagement
• Multi-task in an environment of changing priorities
• Work within and across Agile teams to design, implement, test and support technical solutions across a full stack of technologies
• Work closely across FAWS teams (Support, Solution Architecture) and peers to establish and follow best practices while solving customer problems
• Continually expand knowledge in the areas of new technological developments and trends
• Competent automation skills with Chef
• Strong experience building and maintaining production systems on AWS using EC2, RDS, S3, ELB, Cloud Formation, VPC etc. and familiarity interacting with the AWS APIs
• Experience administering Windows and Linux systems
• Experience with RDBMS (MySQL) and MSSQL
• Experience in Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (Chef, GitLab) and monitoring tools like Cloud Watch Monitoring
• Automation and Deployment tools experience Copydeploy, Codecommit
