Desired Candidate Profile
Vindhya is looking for a QA Lead who will be involved in the quality assurance of software development and deployment. He / She would be responsible for the QA team, act as a bridge between the Testing team and developers for various projects.As a QA- Lead

Your Responsibilities:
6+ years of testing experience, good to have in Gaming Industry.
Can clearly articulate all phases, types of testing that may be conducted within a standard development lifecycle for testing projects.
Take the lead and be personally responsible for ensuring our testing for various features across a variety of software platforms with highest quality and efficiency under time constraints.
Build Quality Test Plans
Prioritize tasks, automation and juggle resources to meet deadlines.
Guide Testers through their daily projects.
Keep track of progress and completion of tasks.
Escalate any issues that may endanger deadlines or block testing.
Report test results management and executive.
Design & implementation of test scenarios & cases according to design document and functional requirements.
Setting up and installing various testing environments, with focus on data driven testing, including end-to-end large-scale data driven analytics testing.
Planning, performing and reporting on testing for different environments according to technical design and functional requirements.
Manage defect logs, and open bugs detailing relevant information in a repeatable way.
Reproduce issues with test data, and verify defect resolutions
Identification and analysis of defects and work with Ops teams to ensure the quality of delivered software as well as ensuring timely bug resolution.
Your Qualities:
Excellent communication and team leadership skills
Strong knowledge of testing methodologies, QA mindset, and Software Engineering processes.
Self-motivated and proactive with proven creative and critical thinking capabilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with frequent context switching and changing priorities.
Demonstrated ability to deliver results on time and with high quality
Experience in Agile Methodology is a good plus.
