Scrum Master/ Agile Project Manager

Job Title: Scrum Master/ Agile Project Manager

Location: Ahmedabad

Vacancy: 1

Experience: 4+ years of experience as a Scrum Master/ Agile Project Manager

Qualification: Any IT/ Computer Degree/ Bachelor Degree or Master Degree Must.

CTC: No bar for deserving candidate

Job Location: Ahmedabad

Working Days: 5 days in week (Every Sat- Sun off) Qualifications:

4+ years of experience as a Scrum Master/ Agile Project Manager

Bachelor s degree in IT (Any IT degree)

Certified Scrum Master (CSM)

Proven leadership and motivation skills

Strong written and oral communication skills a must; can present formally or informally

Experience using Agile performance metrics to drive accountability and continuous improvement

Can maintain a high level of energy and engagement

A love to learn and improve as a Scrum Master, always looking to bring something new and helpful to the team Responsibilities:

Should have a basic knowledge of server and DevOps, good at Project Migration

Technically sound with Laravel, PHP, Yii2, AngularJS, Zend Framework, Codeigniter

Analyze our current Agile processes, prioritize areas of improvement, and work alongside key stakeholders to implement the improvements

Facilitate/ participate in key Agile rituals across Scrum teams

Prepare project estimation with timeline

Coach team members as needed, including resolving conflict

Communicate project risks

Manage projects in JIRA and Confluence; providing training to team members as needed

Monitor and report on key Agile performance metrics to leadership team

Assist in training team members and other employees on Agile and Design Thinking concepts

Creating work plans, monitor and track the work schedule for on- time delivery as per the defined quality standards

Co- ordination with steering group of the product/ client to understand the business concept & translating into the product journey

Providing analysis and support for the client, strategy, design, user experience, quality assurance, and development teams from project concept to completion

Above all else, foster and model a collaborative team environment is driven while managing competing priorities
