Role Designation- Technology Lead

Responsibilities- Understand Architecture Requirements and ensure effective Design, Development, Validation and Support activities., Good understanding of the technology and domain., Ability to lead a team towards a desired goal., Ensure continual knowledge management., Adherence to the organizational guidelines and processes

Technical and Professional Requirements- Must have experience in Java, J2EE, Spring, Hibernate, Struts, Experience in Microservices, Springboot, Python, Angular JS, Node JS, Bootstrap, React JS would be a plus, Must have experience in Web services, Web API, REST services, HTML, CSS3, Analyzing user requirements, envisioning system features and functionality, Must have design experience using best practices, Design Patterns, SDLC, OOP, OOD, Must be experienced in developing applications using SQL databases, schema, SQL queries, Must be experienced in GIT and version control systems, Must be skilled in Database constructs, schema design, SQL Server or Oracle, SQL Queries, query optimization., Strong analytical, logical skills and team leading skills, Contributing to team meetings, troubleshooting development and production problems across multiple environments and operating platforms., Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
