Job Title: QA Engineer

Location: Hyderabad (Kothapet, near to Dilsukhnagar) - WORK FROM HOME OPTION IS AVAILABLE

Shift time: Night Shift (6 PM to 3 AM) -

Experience: Min 4+ Years

Role Description

The QA engineer will be responsible for designing and implementing tests, identifying and logging

defects and tracking resolution through JIRA. Develop and execute exploratory and automated tests

using automation framework (Mabl) to ensure product quality. Monitor all stages of software

development to identify and resolve system malfunctions to meet quality standards.

This role plays an important part in our company's product development process. Our ideal

candidate will be responsible for conducting tests before product launches to ensure software runs

smoothly and meets user needs.

Responsibilities

• Creating detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases
• Estimating, prioritizing, planning and coordinating quality testing activities
• Reviewing business specifications and technical design documents to provide timely and
• meaningful feedback
• Identify, record, document and track bugs
• Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved
• Design, develop and execute automation tests using automation frameworks such as Mabl
• Liaise with internal teams (engineers and product managers) to identify system
• requirements
• Stay up to date with new testing tools and test strategies

Requirements

• Proven work experience in software development and software quality assurance
• Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools and processes
• Experience in writing clear, concise and comprehensive test plans and test cases
• Hands-on experience with both white box and black box testing
• Hands-on experience with automated testing tools
• Solid knowledge of SQL and scripting
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process
• Experience with performance and/or security testing is a plus
• BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject
