Software Engineer - Robotics - Ahmedabad @ Engineering Services

Job Description

To serves as a member of a team of engineers that is engaged in research and development of mobile applications, web applications, and autonomous robots.

This role also includes algorithm development for control, integration of modern methods, analysis, debugging, installation and testing.

Develop control system to retrofit into robots.

Bulk of your work will involve writing and optimizing software but the ability to understand how mechanical, electronics and software work in a robotic system is also expected

Develop flowcharts, layouts and documentation to identify requirements and solutions.

Integrate software components into a fully functional software system.

Testing the product in controlled, real situations before going live.

Maintaining the systems once they are up and running.

Develop software verification plans and quality assurance procedures.

Required Candidate profile

Good app / software development experience

Proficient in C, C++, Python, PHP, SQL, Javascript & Typescript

Strong knowledge of Angular 2 & NodeJS

Highly proficient in MVC patterns and OOPS is plus

Strong attention to detail in UX & interactions

Familiar with Javascript ES6/ES7

Experience with HTML/ CSS(SAAS/LESS)

Experience integrating REST APIs & Websockets.

Good knowledge of Git, Bitbucket, JIRA etc.
