We are looking for Inbound Customer Support Executives for PAYTM Banking Process

Vacancy :

Paytm Bank (English) 25 Position

Paytm Bank (Bengali) 25 Position

Fixed Day shift timings (9.30AM To 6:00PM) And Fixed week off on Sunday.

Experience : Fresher to 2 Yrs Required

Salary - Up to 16,000 CTC Per Month

Job Location : Sector 16, Noida, Near Metro Station

Interview round : 1. HR Round, 2. Operations Round, 3. Client Round, 

Job Discriptions:

1) Candidate with excellent English communication & writing skill will be considered

2) Any Graduates or under graduates with 6 Months Exp are eligible

3) Must have good analytical skill to understand customer query and provide them solution

4) Must have good hands on mail

5) Good IQ level
