Digital Marketing Manager/ Senior Digital Marketing Manager

GoldenPi Technology is India's first Fintech company to specialize in the Fixed Income investment segment. GoldenPi's proprietary technology platform acts as a technology aggregator of Bonds and Debentures across various Bond institutions, Capital Market Divisions of Banks and other players in the capital markets. We are enabling 100mn+ Investors to access Fixed Income market through our platform via both B2C and B2B business lines and invest seamlessly.

Key responsibilities

Responsible for end to end execution on digital marketing strategy to achieve business Goals

• Co-own and drive social media strategy for GoldenPi technology and responsible to create brand in online world.
• Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content regularly, in social media (e.g. original text, photos, videos and news) through available resources

Ideate, manage and execute campaigns on social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, twitters)

• Drive conversions through Inbound marketing, running effective campaigns in social media, Google Ads, Display Marketing, SEO and Email Marketing.
• Be a marketing wizard with deep understanding of consumer psychology in digital world
• Have strong sense of ownership and drive to get things done
• Be an out-of-the box thinker to find new ways to reach customers and drive conversion i.e. Growth hacking mindset
• Be a quick learner and always have hunger to do more

Basic Requirements

1-5 years of proven experience in digital marketing in either an e-commerce or a digital agency

Experience in executing and optimizing Paid Ads in Social Media, Google Ads, SEMs

Experience of running acquisition campaigns in the e-commerce industry is preferred

Experience with Google Analytics and familiarity with SEO tools

Experience in email marketing tools e.g. Mailchimp or any other marketing automation tools

Strong communication (written and verbal) skills

A bachelor with MBA degree is preferred (not mandatory)
