Job Description

Duties include but not limited to:

    • Manage large amounts of incoming calls
    • Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
    • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
    • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
    • Meet personal/customer service satisfaction targets and call handling quotas
    • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
    • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
    • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
    • Take the extra mile to engage customers

Any student pursuing Graduation / completed Graduation / Pursuing PG's and other courses can apply for the job. 

Major Skills Required for the Job Role:

    • Good English Verbal and Written Communication
    • Sound Knowledge of Computer Systems, Operating Systems and more
    • Freshers / Experienced / Candidates willing to work after a break are welcomed.
    • Basics Involved:
    • 5 Hours Shift Everyday ( Between 06:00 PM to 12:00 AM) including 1.2 Hours of Break Time
    • 15000 CTC Per Month Remuneration
    • Cab Facility Provided
    • 5 Days Week
    • Employee Referral Bonus of Up to 6000/- Per Referral
    • Work Location: Mansarovar, Jaipur
