Task & responsibilities:

1. Development and implementation of quality control procedures, new techniques and equipment.
2. Manage, monitor and control of quality of all raw materials / products/ mix designs with proper documentation and records.
3. Development of new mix designs / products, trials of new materials to improve companys product and profitability.
4. Conversant knowledge of standard quality control and quality assurance procedures and relevant codes.
5. Impart training to all company personnel on quality control procedures to be proficient at producing quality concrete.
6. Ensure maintenance and working condition of all laboratory testing equipment. Ensure certification & calibration of equipment such as Compression Testing Machine (CTM), weigh balances etc is carried out regularly as per Company norms

* Conversant with sales objectives to achieve market share objectives.
* Technical participation in sales negotiations particularly for major projects.
* Resolve customer claims for quality related problems and minimize cost.
* Develop customer relations.
