Key Requisites:
1)Min 8 years of experience in recruitment .
2)Excellent understanding of recruitment processes .
3)Understanding of job portals .
4)Hired at least 200 candidates in a Month , Bulk hiring .
5)International BPO Experience required min 5 years .
6)Company headcount min 1200 people
7)Managing the complete recruitment life-cycle for sourcing the best talent from
diverse sources.
8)Experience in Portal Sourcing using Monster, Dice and other Job Portals
9)Excellent Sourcing Skills from Professional Networking Sites, Blogging, Social networking sites
10)To Source quality profiles within the given timeline through different hiring channels.
11)Independently manage recruitment for all hierarchy positions across all verticals.
12)Ensure that documentation and salary fitment as per agreed guidelines
13)Contribute to creating an organizational image, which would help in attracting and recruiting the best talent.
14)Recruitment, hiring, promoting, attendance monitoring, performing reviews, and related HR related functions.
