Job Description

    Enterprise Platform Support. B2B interaction with Customers via Inbound or Outbound calls or the Internet for the purpose of resolving routine problems with products or services like enterprise servers / cloud computing.

Roles & Responsibilities:
o Support Customers across Telecommunication, Financial Services, Healthcare and Technology vertical.
o Troubleshoot Customer issues related to enterprise / exchange server & cloud computing.

Candidate Profile-
o Any Graduate(B.TECH /BCA -Fresher"s can apply)
o Salary 3.5 to 4.5 LPA Plus 25k JB For fresher
o Excellent verbal skills in English Language.
o SERVER knowledge is must.
o Excellent knowledge of Exchange Server 2007/2010, Active Directory & Operating Systems
o Network troubleshooting and should be well versed with Microsoft Office Outlook 2003/2007/2010.
o Flexible with 24/7 Environment.

Certifications (Preferable):-
o Exam 70-640(Windows Server 2008)
o Exam 70-662(Exchange 2010)
o Exam 70-321(Deploying Office 365)
o Exam 70-323(Administering Office 365)
