We are looking for a Recruiter to join and expand the manpower count.
JD:
-Handle recruitment activities from gathering the requisitions, sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, follow up till the candidate joins
-Handling recruitment team and plan mass hiring
-Handling full cycle of recruitment from requirement understanding to sourcing of candidates through in- House Database, using Job Portals, Referrals, & Field source.
-Confident, Smart & Presentable Experience: (1-3 years).
-Coordinating with consultants and candidates for scheduling appointments with the management team for the entire interview process.
-Short-listing the candidates based on the requirement.
-Co-ordination with the candidates and clients.
Desired Candidate Profile
Any Consultancy background candidate is first preference Finding Candidates through Job Portals, shortlisting and scheduling the interviews.
Excellent communication skills, knowledge about recruitment
Ability to work independently and multi task in a fast-paced environment.
A personality that is able to engage others in conversation and a good listener.
Must be able to work on MS Office.
Ability to meet the targets on a regular basis.
Should be hardworking, self-motivated, diligent and be able to multi-task.
