Job Description

Your Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for end to end recruitment delivery for RPO or Contingent business for Automotive, Chemical, Manufacturing, Engineering domain.
  • Work with internal business stakeholders, HR, finance and all support functions, and building good rapport with the business and the team members.
  • Work with multiple customers and help with different recruitment related strategies (e.g. candidate attraction, key hiring processes & metrics and sourcing strategy) and maintain healthy partnership with them.
  • Identify and prioritize the requirement as per the urgency of the business and accordingly develop a proper work plan.
  • Review performance of the team on regular basis, identify improvement areas and drive them to achieve targets.
  • Ensure recruitment related processes and proper governance in SLA & TAT, followed across the customers (especially for RPO).
  • Manage recruitment process and life-cycle, including sourcing, position postings, quality control, initial screening process and pre-employment assessments, interview process, feedback summaries and hiring recommendations etc.
  • Work with site management team to ensure an excellent on-boarding experience for all new employees.
  • Manage applicant tracking system and prepare daily, weekly and monthly report for tracking over all hiring and weekly activity on each position date of joining.
  • Negotiating and releasing offers for selected candidates.
  • Initiate the background checks for the offered candidates and ensure it is done before the joining of the candidate.

 

Skills Required:

  • Bachelors degree with 1+ year experience in recruitment or human resources.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills
  • Proficient with computers and various programs, especially Microsoft Office
  • Familiarity with job boards, and HR software, databases, and management systems.
  • Proven experience conducting various types of interviews (i.e., phone, video, etc.)
  • Strong analytical skills, negotiation skills, problem solving, and organizational skills with a high attention to detail.
