Job Description

Title: IT Recruiter Required Experience: 0-5 Yrs. Experience into IT Recruitment. Strong experience into contract staffing. Experience working on client requirements. Strong Knowledge on IT Technologies. Responsibilities: 1. Manage full cycle recruiting processes ensuring a positive candidate experience through the interview (attract, select, interview, negotiate and extend offer) 2. Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications 3. Screen candidates resumes and job applications 4. Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods 5. Collaborating with team members to understand positions and recruiting needs 6. Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
