• Technical background - not typically senior developer but should have good knowledge understanding of Technologies, CI/CD.

• Data domain will be the added advantage

• Encourage dialog, open for challenges, tackle situations thoughtfully and sensibly and not arrogantly

• Experience - Would prefer Senior Scrum Master, if difficult to find then can consider profiles with 5+ years as pure Scrum Master

• Candidate should have a good understanding of Product Development and Delivery

• A servant leader, who enables and encourage the team to succeed

• Encourage greater levels of team maturity

• Help Product Owner to ensure that goals, scope and product domain are understood by the team

• Assist with product backlog management prioritization to maximize value w.r.t. Business demands needs
