- Plan and execute site erection works
- Read and understand drawings
- Facilitate Construction and Installation of Machine Components
- Delegate Tasks to different groups of people
- Ensure the project is completed on time
- Convince the client on site activities
- Humble & Down to Earth

- Aggressive in work, Smart in reading the person in front
- Innovative in ideas to chalk down new strategies of site activities
- Ready to listen & learn new things
- Self-motivated
