Your Tasks:-
Require FP & A resource with 4 to 8 years of experience
Variance Analysis between plan and actuals Monthly, quarterly.
Walk from previous year to current year, Plan to actuals, previous month to current month, Plan to Forecast to Actuals.
In detail review by each division, function, GL and report variance analysis
Analyze compensation-related data including wages and bonuses
Reconciliation and data analysis for general ledger and sub-ledger between Payroll and Accounting books
Computation of average compensation with different dimensions and across different verticals
Projections for Operation planning, forecasting.
Co-ordinate with HR and other stakeholders to obtain and provide required clarifications
Provide required support during internal and statutory audit
Participate in payroll related projects yearly, quarterly and monthly
Build relationships with key points of contact across the processes and other functions
Your Profile:-
Minimum 4 years of experience in Analysis
Qualified Charted Accountant or MBA (Finance) from a reputed institute
Understanding of payroll accounting entries will be preferred
Good problem-solving skills, written and verbal communication skills
Ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment
Drive & self-motivation with the ability to work independently
The ability to work under tight deadlines
Clear and effective communication & interpersonal skills, and qualities of a good team player
Familiarity using Excel and spreadsheets
Excellent analytical skills
