Job Description

Managing the training activities for the assigned location
Conducting the SMIP (Induction) Training for the Newly Joined ASM/SM in the Company
Preparing the Monthly training calendar for the Clusters and arranging the training for the needed sales people and advisors.
Organizing the 50 hrs Training Program for IRDA Licensing of Advisors
Regularly arranging Product refresher training Programs for them
Conducting on the job training for the ASM/SM and Financial advisors
