Job Description

Role & Responsibilities:

Drafting patent applications, including complete and provisional specification, in field of mechanical, automobile, electronics, software, electrical, and other related domains.
Involved in Monitoring & handling portfolio.
Well versed with IPR- Trademark, copyright, patent, design.
Patent Drafting (Provisional / Complete Specification).
Prior art searching, Patentability search report.
Design Patents (Drafting and Prior art searching).
Patent Training, Learning, and Development.
Closely working and coordinating with R&D Department.
Patent, design, trademark Portfolio management.
Should be well spoken and should be able to articulate well.
An active intellectual property engineer skilled in patent drafting, prior art searching, patent portfolio management, patent analytics, patent law, patent act, and patent strategy.
Performing IP mining, related to patent, with team members of R&D for identifying,
extracting, and capturing patentable inventions. Similarly, IP mining is also done for identifying and
capturing Industrial Design registration applications.
