The Blockchain Developer role is for self-motivated, enthusiastic problem-solvers, who are passionate about solving complex challenges leveraging blockchain and software technology solutions. The ideal candidate will have significant experience developing highly scalable, reliable, and performance efficient applications, is a team player and a fast learner with a strong work ethic.
Responsibilities:
- Research, design, develop, and test blockchain applications
- Brainstorm and help evaluate applications for new tools and technologies as the continually evolve
- Maintain and extend current distributed applications, be responsible for its integration and workflow
- Document new solutions as well as maintaining that of existing ones
- Develop and maintain artifactories
Requirements:
- Strong blockchain development experience on network, protocol and application layer
- Experience working with open-source platforms Hyperledger, Ethereum etc.
- Understand the private blockchain network
- Strong experience with different PAAS solutions offered by different cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS etc.
- Strong experience with computer networking is desirable including details of network topology and OSI layer protocols
- Experience working with smart contract programming such as go, node.
- Proficiency in one of the following languages: Java, NodeJS
- Working experience with dApps
- Knowledge with messaging services like Kafka
- API integration experience with 3rd party applications is desirable
- Experience with Secure coding practices is a plus
- Take active participation in understanding project requirements and deliver a module as per assigned tasks.
- Think out of the box and dont give up easily as BlockChain is a fairly complex concept and there isnt much help available over Stack Overflow
