We are Hiring for Marketing Manager- Employer Branding

 

THE OPPORTUNITY

Were looking for a Marketing Manager Employer Branding to join our team who can attract and engage talent audiences and create a buzz around MiQ in India.

Youll be working with a world-class team of marketers, content strategists, and brand and digital designers, as well as cross-functionally with the wider MiQ team including data science, data and analytics, R&D, tech, talent, and inclusion and diversity teams.

WHAT YOULL BE DOING

As our Marketing Manager Employer Branding, India, you will establish MiQ as a leading company to work for in the tech and analytics space. In the role you will be accountable for, but not limited to, the following:

  • Delivery
    • Build a strategy and set marketing priorities based on the objectives of our Center of Excellence in India and in alignment with the global strategy
    • Work with talent and recruitment teams to create a pipeline of candidates, using marketing techniques to attract and engage audiences
    • Conceptualise and deliver MiQ owned events including hackathons. Drive and improve visibility of MiQ and its spokespeople in conferences and events through speaking opportunities and sponsorships
    • Conceptualise creative ways to reach talent audiences
    • Build relationships with the media and tell relevant MiQ stories. Create, execute, track and continuously improve media relations to raise the profile of the company and our senior leaders
    • Write informative and compelling communications materials, including press releases and talking points
    • Establish an ongoing relationship with industry associations
    • Communicate our employer value proposition externally
    • Partner with local talent team to complete best place to work submissions
    • Accomplish tasks on time and to a high quality, managing different deadlines and priorities
    • Media strategy: Develop and manage recruitment campaigns using a variety of media to drive and keep an engaged external audience
    • Put in place system to evaluate the effectiveness of employer brand and recruitment advertising strategies and regularly report them for review and recommended actions
    • Social & Digital Media: Operationalize scalable workflows in partnership with PR that help enable a proactive and current pipeline of relevant content
  • Project Management
    • Staying focused and contributing to projects. Organizing stakeholders and multiple milestones
  • Internal Collaboration
    • Working with internal stakeholders, building relationships and working across differences to find solutions
  • Communication
    • Crisp and clear communication to external partners/clients or internal stakeholders; flexing communication style to persuade others and influence positive outcomes
    • Leverage our EVP to create flexible, targeted marketing messaging while still staying true to MiQ culture
  • Innovation
    • Acting with curiosity. Finds new and better ways of working, then applies or implements solutions to unarticulated needs, new or existing market requirements. Open to receiving and trying new ideas, processes or ways of working.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Advertising
  • 8+yrs of experience in Marketing and communications or employer branding
  • Recruiting and marketing expertise
  • Experience in working with global cross-functional teams
  • A strong understanding of Digital marketing
  • Experience in designing, tracking and measuring brand outreach programs
  • Deepa analytical abilities, specially with campaign performance and analysis
  • Extensive knowledge of social media communication techniques
  • Strong understanding of branding to be able to sell the company as an employer of choice to prospective hires
  • At least 3-5yrs experience in recruiting, e-marketing or social media promotions
  • Strong project management skills
  • Experience in managing website content and working with Google Analytics or similar tools
  • Creative, well-organized and able to establish social media and print- and web-based recruiting campaigns under short deadlines
  • Enthusiastic attitude, work well on teams and be able to adapt quickly to a fast-moving environment
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills and an ability to influence others
