Job Description

Fantastic opportunity to join SeaShell Hotel Resorts Spa, the best hotel chain in the beautiful A & N Islands. Now is an exciting time to join as A & N Islands are experiencing tremendous growth.We are looking for a professional South Indian chef with proven taste record to be responsible for the South Indian section of the kitchen, preferably with 8 years experience, out of which a minimum of 01 years or more as a CDP or equivalent level, or 02 years or more as a DCDP or equivalent level. Will be responsible for delivering an excellent guest experience by dishing out superb quality dishes, maintaining quality and consistency across all the menu items. Maximise productivity by reducing wastage. Should have in-depth knowledge of different breakfast items, vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes and starters. Knowledge of butchery will be an added advantage. A stickler for health, safety and hygiene. Should be able to introduce new menu items and be innovative. A minimum guarantee of 12 months to work with us is a must. Salary will commensurate with the experience and profile of the candidate, it's not a constraint for deserving candidates. Will be posted at anyone of the properties at Port Blair, Havelock and Neil, Andaman & Nicobar Islands.
