We're Hiring for For US Healthcare Role - Noida

Roles & Responsibilities :-

Source and Screen resume for the open position of Healthcare role assigned by TL/Manager
Understand job profile and schedule interview with client accordingly, need to recruit for Registered Nurse, Licensed Practitioner Nurse, Medical Assistant, Physician etc
Making calls to the candidates and performing daily task like Screening and scheduling interviews
Present the potential candidate profiles with client using tools or via Email- outlook
Scheduling in-person and phone interviews of the candidates with clients
Coordinate the offer process making recommendations to hiring managers
Regularly update the internal tools and adhere to the company policies and practices while hiring
Communicate employer information and benefits during screening process with candidates

Candidate Profile :

Very good Comm skills- English- (Speaking and writing both)
Open to work in Night shift
Should be a team player and can should be able to work Individually
Smart thinker and should be able to express
Ok with service agreement
OK to work from office
