 Key Purpose of Role:

• Min 3 years total experience with bachelors degree BCA/B-tech
• Good command of English Written and verbal communication skills
• Business process understanding with functional aspects
• Individual contribution / directly work with client
• Good Understanding of Excel PPT and Microsoft word
• Provide customer support and assistance in issue troubleshooting and resolution.
• Creative approach to problem solving, innovation and issue resolution
• High caliber team player, self-starter and ability to work independently and become an effective team member
• Participate in cross-functional meetings to resolve recurring customer issues.

 Eligibility Criteria

•  Graduate
• Tech/MCA/BCA/MSC
• Advance Excel
• Min 1 year of work experience in Software Support
• Required excellent communication skills
