Job Description

SENIOR DEVELOPER

From 6 to 10 year(s) of experience

Noida, Pune, Bangalore/Bengaluru

BTech/BE in Computer Science, related degree or equivalent experience

Prefer 6-10 years of experience in development, preferably from Storage technology background

Linux/Unix background, Backup technology

Systems programming, multi-threading, algorithms, data structures experience

Experience with one or more of the following programming languages: C, C++, shell/bash scripting

Strong problem-solving skills and solid debugging skills

Strong Unix/Linux knowledge.

Multithreading, multitasking, memory mgmt., synchronization mechanisms and locking knowledge

RPC knowledge is a plus

Excellent communication skills and proven cross-team collaboration experience.

Ability to thrive in a fast paced, self-directed environment. Smart, hands on, willing to learn quickly and move the project forward

Experience in using a tracking system in agile development like JIRA and source control like Perforce is preferable
