Candidates having experience in recruitment with some recruitment consultant. Don t line up candidate having recruitment in some company other than recruitment consultant.
Must have own laptop and smart phone
Job Responsibilities:
End to end recruitment: Sourcing, Staffing, scoping and on boarding candidates.
Sourcing of candidates via internet postings, networking, headhunting and internal Database
Effectively using personal network, built up database, digital platforms and referrals for reaching passive prospective candidates
Conducting preliminary Interviews, telephonic Interviews and short listing candidates
Arranging interviews for shortlisted candidates
Continuous efforts to ensure the talent pool data is updated timely
Effectively built relationship with Employees.
Must be enthusiastic and initiator
