JOB PROFILE:

Responding to the customer requests over call/Chat/Email.

Provide customers with product and service information.

Transfer customer query to appropriate staff (as and when asked for).

Identify, research, and resolve customer issues using the computer system and applications.

CANDIDATES PROFILE

10+2/10+ 2 years of Diploma cleared /Graduate/Post Graduate.

Good Communication Skills.

Patience - Ability to deal with difficult, escalated emails/calls.

Positive attitude.

SALARY & OTHER BENEFITS:

Salary ranges between Rs.18 k in hand for voice & 28 k as per experience.
Fixed Week Off/Shift

Interview Process

Round 1 : HR screening

Round 2 :1st round of interview

Round 3 : Typing Test

Round 4 :Psychometric Test

Round 5 : 2nd round of interview - Operations

Round 6 : Final Round (With HR)
