Eligibility-

• HSC/Graduate candidates with minimum 6 months voice experience in a BPO.
• SSC candidates with a minimum of 1 year of international BPO experience in a Voice. Process.
• Age Limit 18 To 44 Years

Role and Responsibilities

• Demonstrates a strong customer service orientation
• Takes responsibility to follow up with customers to ensure their needs and
• expectations are satisfied and promises are kept
• Ability to effectively communicate his/her thoughts in a well-organized manner
• Hired resources would manage inbound calls and provides support / resolution to customer queries ranging from Customer Care, Billing & Technical Support queries
