Job Description
10 - 15 years experience in IT Implementation/ Support projects with latest exposure in design, implementation, and support of Azure IAAS PAAS, Microsoft Windows Azure, cloud technologies and hybrid solutions across multiple global locations (US clients). Roles Responsibilities
- Planning, coordination, execution, and completion of Infrastructure Cloud projects and strategic initiatives.
- Demonstrated experience with the design, implementation, and support of Azure IAAS PAAS, Microsoft Windows Azure, cloud technologies and hybrid solutions across multiple global locations (US clients).
- Develop and execute project plans specifying goals, strategy, resources, scheduling, identification of risks, contingency plans, and allocation of available resources, ensuring project goals are met on time and on budget.
- Document status reports, project plans.
- Experience in managing Azure, Migration, IT implementation, Tech Support projects mid-size team.
- Manage resource allocation and utilization.
- Assist in the definition of critical thresholds, performance metrics, and escalation procedures for new and existing Cloud environments.
- Mediate issues and resolve conflicts related to projects, services, or support from the operations team.
- Manage and negotiate all requests for scope changes, with stakeholder and coordinate the modification of project scope. Available to work in 06:00 PM to 03:00 AM IST shifts
- Experience in working with US customers.
- Experience with enterprise application rehost and replat form to Azure.
- Strong understanding of Azure environment PaaS, IaaS, and experience in working with Hybrid model.
- Ensure that all cloud solutions follow security and compliance controls, including data sovereignty.
- Bachelors degree or equivalent on-the-job experience in IT.
- Minimum 10+ years of experience with at least 4+ years of Project Management experience.
- Plan, organize, and control multiple responsibilities to achieve project objectives; technically guide projects through to completion. Ensure deliverables are completed within target timeframes and are consistently of high-quality.
- Interact with and advise business representatives of the application regarding functional and non-functional requirements.
- Create proof-of-concepts to demonstrate viability of solutions under consideration.
- Experience with application optimization and modernization projects.
- Experience working under Agile methodologies (Scrum, Safe, etc.) with tools like Jira and Rally.
- Exceptional communication skills and experience building and managing customer relationships people management skills.
- Candidate with a PMP, ITIL certification will be an added advantage.
