Job Description
We are looking for individuals, who:
- Working knowledge on projects using agile methodologies (preferably scrum).
- Understanding of other delivery models and common SDLC processes.
- Excellent communication skills as the person will be the key person in maintaining communication with external stakeholders.
- Good experience working with development teams, testers, designers and able to understand practical delivery problems faced by teams.
- Good technical acumen and be able to accurately assess project health. Strong problem solving ability.
- Possess skills necessary to progressively plan a project throughout its lifecycle rather than just at the onset.
- Good documentation skills.
- Good organisational skills, time management and prioritization.
Roles and Responsibilities
- You will manage project scope in collaboration with internal stakeholders
- You are required to maintain project documentation, plans and reports and adhere to processes.
- Conduct and participate in various agile meetings: Sprint Planning, Reviews and Retrospectives.
- Ensure open communication and good participation by all team members.
- You will monitor and control the progress of user stories during the entire development lifecycle.
- Pro-actively anticipate and identify risks and work on mitigation plans. Clearly communicate any project risks to important stakeholders (both internal and external).
- You will manage and track daily project progress, the status of open actions and the register of current issues.
- You are required to attend client meetings and assist with determination of project requirements
- Effectively and accurately communicate relevant project information to the client and project team
- Ensure clients needs are met in a timely and cost effective manner
- Ensure high quality is maintained in all deliveries.
- You will Track & Manage change requests
- Communicate ideas for improving company processes with a positive and constructive attitude, and for developing this attitude in others
- You are required to keep the Project Manager and others informed about project status and issues that may impact client relations
- You will be responsible for exploring new opportunities from the existing customers or from the accounts.
- You will identify any existing process gaps and suggest for process improvements.
- Maintain purchase orders and raise invoices to the customers as per agreed invoice milestones.
