Job Description

-:

  • Candidate have to deal in residential & commercial ( Luxury segment) and successfully create a business from new and existing customer.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets & generate the revenue .
  • Interact with the clients and accompany them on site visit.
  • Explain the customers about the products ,its features and benefits .
  • Build and maintain client relations.
  • Planning and Directing sales.
  • Maintaining and Developing Relationship with existing customers In person and via telephone calls and emails.
  • Effective and positive Real Estate Negotiating skills .
  • Maintaining deal pipelines and clients contact list.
  • Capability to develop social network.
  • Understanding of real estate market.
  • Property knowledge by market research for better deliverable .
  • Map potential customers and generate leads for the organization .
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
  • Cold calling in order to create interest in property ,generate new business leads and arrange meetings .
  • Client Meeting ,Fixing appointment, site visit ,Explaining Projects, Price Negotiation, Follow ups, Closing Deals ,Property booking formalities .


KRA -:

  1. Good communication and presentation skills.
  2. Excellence in sales and marketing with a positive attitude and team playing ability.
  3. Ability to work in team and independently .
  4. Own vehicle Mandatory (bike/car).
  5. Pleasing personality and able to handle sales with in defined guidelines.
  6. Good social networking skills to enhance customer base.
  7. Out -of-the box thinker and deliver for self and the team.
  8. Must have leadership skills as well as inter-personal soft skills .


Desired Skills & Experience-:

  • 1-5 year of experience in Real Estate Sector/direct sales/home loan banking/loan sales /Insurance Industry /Tour & Travels industry/Banking & Insurance Experience will be added advantage .
  • Knowledgeable about Real Estate markets and best practices .
  • Shall possess excellent communication ,strong sales and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Must have own bike with valid license .
  • Should have a focused mind -set for hardcore sales profile.
  • Should have a positive attitude & should be confident to accept new challenges and
  • Must have excellent communication skills .


Qualification and Attributes -:

  • Candidates should be from real estate sales / pre sales background .
  • Graduate, Post Graduate, /MBA (Marketing and Sales )


What we give you

Fixed Salary +Monthly Incentive +Quarterly Incentive ( Performance Based) You can ear as much as you can depend upon number of Deals .It maybe 1 Lakh per month too.
