We have an immediate requirement for Financial Analyst position @ Chennai Location.

Desired Candidate profile :

1) Self -Motivated and a Quick learner
2) Good written and spoken English skills
3) Handling global ticketing needs and basic understanding of travel process
4) Experience with SAP Concur and Service Now are preferred

JOB DESCRIPTION:

1) Attending all queries & complaints through emails in a timely and Professional manner
2) Ensure that SLA & KPIs are completed with the required quality and speed.
3) Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
4) Provide Administrator duties for Travel & Expenses systems.
5) Knowledge in analyzing the GL accounts and have experience in working in SAP
6) Service Minded Attitude - Positive Attitude, Active listening, problem solving mindset.
7) Maintaining daily,weekly,monthly reports to ensure that data is processing correctly per audit rules
