Job Description
- Person should be Mechanical Engineer.
- To train and guide subordinate
- Position is responsible for Product / machine Design & Development from concept to production using tools like Machine design, Solid modelling, GD&T etc.
- Interpersonal skills for our multi-functional design team environment.
- Review and check 3D drawings, layout

- Work with manufacturing engineers as well as production personnel to resolve technical issues that are identified through the manufacturing process

- Research new materials and methods of development
- Organize and maintain existing engineering records
- Construct prototypes and confirm designs with design/purchasing team
- Perform physical testing on engineering prototypes
- Ensure components and assemblies adhere to applicable industry and business standards

- Understanding of current cutting tool technology
- Impeccable attention to detail
- Ability to plan, schedule, coordinate and problem solve effectively
