We are hiring for Charge Entry Executives with hands-on experience using eClinicalWorks (eCW)

US Healthcare (RCM)

Work Platform: eCW (eClinicalWorks)

Experience required: 1 to 4 years (physician billing preferred)

Job location: C138, Phase 8 (Industrial Area), Mohali (Punjab)

Roles and Responsibilities

• Enter charges, procedures, modifiers, and diagnostic codes accurately
• Processing fee tickets/Superbills
• Create claim batches and process all insurance claims daily
• Process all charges and claims to completion and submit correctly to payers and the clearinghouse
• Ensure claim edits are reviewed and correctly resolved
• Ensure claims are clean prior to submission to payers
• Research correct ICD and CPT/HCPCS codes to get claims paid
• Communicate issues and denial trends to management
• Meet timely deadlines when billing charges
• Updating and maintaining an organized batch filing system
• Provide backup and support to other areas of the department as necessary
• Various other duties as assigned

Credentials

• Must be Graduate
• Medical billing experience is a must
• Hands-on knowledge of eCW Software
