We are hiring for Associate Collections/Accounts receivable profile for Pune team

Looking for Immediate joiners only!!!

Its Permanent work from home

All interviews will happen through telephonic calls/Video call

Job Requirement-

Credit and Collection

• Should have Excellent English communication skills.
• Accounts handling & disputes resolution.
• Prior experience in Accounts Receivable/ Collections background preferred.
• Handling International accounts
• Co-ordination with different teams and resolution.
• Accountability of your portfolio management.
• Familiar with SAP & Excel- Value added.
• Number of years of experience- 1 to 5 years.
• Should be adaptable to change in a dynamic environment.
• Should be able to work in APAC & EMEA shifts .
• No of days working- Mon to Fri
• Week offs- Sat & Sun
• Shift timings- 12 to 9 pm/1 to 10 pm ( 9 Hours of login which includes 1 hour of break)
• Process-Blended (Mix of Email/Voice/Chat)
