5. Resolving team and member/ customer conflicts.
6. Maintaining strong client relationship and high level of customer service.
7. Identifying potential customers and new business opportunities.
8. Constantly liaising with other departments for smooth functioning.
9. Maintaining own awareness of product to sell effectively.
10. Training, motivating and coaching Team Managers and teams of Sales Executives.
11. Responsible for productivity & conversion rates.
