1. JOB SUMMARY
Businessanalysis is the set of tasks and techniques used to work as a liaison amongstakeholders in order to understand the structure, policies, and operations ofan organization, and recommend solutions that enable organizations to achieveits goals.
Therole of the Business Analyst (BA) is that of a person who interfaces with thecustomers (Business team, Operations, Risk, Legal, Credit , Compliance internal IT, Finacle, Core banking) to understand their requirements. This roleis distinct from that of a technical designer of software solutions who workson the basis of the requirements gathered by the BA.
2. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Workswith business partner to elicit high-level requirements and capture businessneeds
Clearlyarticulates and documents business requirements
Assessesthe risks of various solutions and prioritizes competing business demands
Managesongoing relationship with business partner to drive satisfaction with IT
Coordinatesproject delivery by participating in design reviews and walk-throughs tocommunicate systems designs and validate proposed solutions
Obtainskey inputs from enterprise architecture teams and identifies solutioninterdependencies
Engageswith knowledge workers to incorporate usability and user interface needs whendesigning systems
Proactivelyresolves customer satisfaction issues
Handled end to end ownership ofthe required solution from requirementgathering to deployment of the solution
Perform end to end UAT
Negotiatescontracts, manages relationships, and monitors vendor performance against SLAs for self and reporters.
