Roles and Responsibilities :

• Ensure compliance of cGMPs,GLP & system through audits.
• Carry out process control. Including in-process checks/ line clearance.
• Inspection of final packed stock, before release
• Investigate complaints, deviation, quality incidence & non conformances.
• Handling regulatory inspection at the site.
• Take action on product recalls and investigate the reasons.
• Ensure implementation of amendments in specification and procedures as per current pharmacopoeial Standards.
• Review product stability reports.
• Review Batch manufacturing, Batch packing Records, verify reconciliation of batch inputs, batch yields and finally release the product.
• Documents control and ensure proper archival and fast retrieval of records.
• Ensure cGMP and cGLP training of staff.
• Regulatory affairs
• Evaluation and approval of all vendors supplying materials

• Qualification- B.Sc / M.Sc. / B.Tech in Food Technology
