Business Development Assistant @ Virchow Healthcare

Job Description

Responsibilities Will be Assistant to Manager - Business Development (International Market)

• Finding potential customers in overseas market & coordinate with the existing customers for sales order & other issues.
• Coordinate with Regulatory Affairs Department.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain department for pending sales orders.
• Ensure stock levels of promotional materials & timely deliveries at customers along with commercial orders.

Sales Data Management

• Assist in creation of sales plan/budget & providing real time information.
• Monitoring monthly sales by tracking with Supply Chain.
• Analysis of sales data to identify current business trends & insight.

Optimization of Rolling Forecast

• Analysis of variance of rolling forecast & demand supply gap to improve rolling forecast process.

 Skills

• Excellent Communication skills both written & verbal. Strong ability to develop & present effective presentations to individuals & groups.
• Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with various levels of management, staff & clients.
• Prepare meeting minutes, including action items & follow-ups.
• Responsible for document control & administration support Business development department.

Education / Qualification

• Science Graduate - B.Sc. (Pharmacy/ Biotech/ related field) would prefer MBA+Pharmacy (Marketing).
