Roles and Responsibilities
- Receiving & verification of finished orders as per schedule.
- Recording receipt of stock details as per SOP in Goods receiving ERP system correctly & in timely fashion.
- Stack orders along with customer Invoices in storage area such that they can be easily retrieved on demand.
- Issue orders to customers as per their Invoices.
- Reconcile the items issued vis--vis the Invoices and collect money
- Record these transactions in ERP system.
- Handling customer returns, exception scenarios.
- Handling payment refunds etc.
- Facility management at PUPs (pick up point)
- Maintaining customer relations & create a positive atmosphere for customers during their visit.
- Responsible for cash reconciliation with Accounts records.
- Coordination with customer for pending orders and with call centre on order updates.
Desired Candidate Profile
1 to 4 years of experience in a customer facing environment preferably Quick Service Restaurant of professional organizations. Working knowledge of computers is also needed or
